Leeboy Operator

We are looking to hire an experienced Leeboy/asphalt paver operator who can skillfully operate paving equipment to place, spread, and smooth asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfacing projects. The ideal candidate will understand proper paving techniques, mat quality, depth control, and machine adjustments to ensure a consistent, high‑quality finish.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Leeboy or equivalent asphalt pavers.

• Strong understanding of paving procedures, asphalt material behavior, and compaction requirements.

• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and work as part of a coordinated team.

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, nights, or shifts as needed.

• Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors in high heat, cold weather, and varying conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a smooth, uniform, and durable final product.

Roller Operator

We are seeking an experienced asphalt roller operator to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating steel‑drum and pneumatic rollers to achieve proper compaction, density, and smoothness on a variety of asphalt paving projects. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality finished surfaces are essential.

• Proven experience operating asphalt rollers on paving projects.

• Strong understanding of compaction principles, mat temperature windows, and proper rolling sequences.

• Ability to work closely with a paving crew and take direction from supervisors.
